Whenever I get one I just wash my mouth with Listerine in the morning and at night. For whatever reason it kills them super fast (for me anyway). Probably because the shit is burning liquid death. But hey if it works it works.

Don't use it all the time though. It'll dry out your gums and is actually bad for them in the long haul. Use a fluoride mouthwash instead.
