Westerners will never fly one. Crackers are de facto white supremacists at minimum. They will take any excuse to enjoy the genocide. Just look at how they salivate over the tide of atrocity propaganda that they use to justify their hate. While ignoring the constant debunking of such things because they have already moved 10 pieces onwards. They don't care about what is true. They don't care sbout what is right.

It's still hard to believe that Liberals went nuclear defending the fucking Nazi SS if it means "beating Russia"

It still haunts me that a concentration camp is there in gaza and still people are searching for concentration camp in China with powerful satellites.. I didn't know the whole situation until this week. My world just turned upside down.

You've been learning these things that recently? On one hand wow, that's a rapid development and I commend your mental strength. One the other hand, thats a lot of your world to lose all at once, and I hope you're alright. It's horrifiyng the first time you notice, really notice, social reality reconfiguring itself like clockwork into a carnival of bloodlust, and you see people you thought were good turn into fascists, and you look backwards and begin to see the ocean of horror and lies...it's like looking up at the sky and finally seeing the mindless, world-eating demon with eight billion hooks that you've been trained all your life to ignore. It's a horror almost too massive to comprehend

I learned about Palestine by reading the graphic novel by journalist Joe Sacco called Palestine. Despite being a graphic novel/"comic" it is based on his actual trips to Gaza and the west bank around 1991 and interviews with Palestinians.

It's better than doom scrolling which I have been doing a lot these last few days. You can download it free here: https://annas-archive.org/search?q=Palestine+joe+sacco

Would you believe me if I told you I’ve seen people with both the Palestine flag and Ukraine flag in their username on Twitter?

I see more Israel/Ukraine flag combos, but I have seen a few of those as well.

I sorta get it, if someone were looking at both situations purely as "resistance fighters against their oppressors" They aren't actually comparable in that way at all, but the mental gymnastics required for somebody with only a surface level understanding isn't too great. I feel those might be the people that you could have some hope of educating on the realities of the situation.

I just think it's really amusing how fast people stopped pretending to care about Ukraine. To the degree that the Ukrainians and other Eatsern Euros are mad that they aren't in the news anymore.

Could flip it around, surely there would be less loss of life if Palestinians simply surrendered to the overwhelming force of Israel. I'm simply arguing for peace they should give up their land to the invaders.

Woah comrade, I'm just supporting multipolarity in the middle east. I disagree with Israel's methods and brutal treatment of Palestinians but I support them critically nonetheless. Encouraging resistance will just lead to more deaths so they shouldn't struggle at all, just like Ukraine should lay down their arms.

Of course the difference here is that Lugansk and Donetsk have separatist movements that want to join Russia, much like what happened in Crimea. Also, even if it were comparable, what's left of Palestine is barely a city. There's no luxury of having a whole country to retreat to.

Where did those separatist movements come from? Surely Russia didn't send thousands of people into Eastern Ukraine over generations after the second world war to settle, strengthen ties with Moscow, and extract wealth from the region. Why, that would make them colonizers!

Lol the Ukrainian ssr literally enforced Ukrainianization policies. Russians and Ukrainians settled most of modern Southern Ukraine in tandem, Ukrainians are not "native" to half of their country. Ukraine and Russia's division is a very recent phenomenon started by Austro-Hungarian imperialists.

And then what happens? The imprisonment of two million Palestinians in Gaza under horrible and humiliating conditions would continue. Zionist settlers would still be stealing land in the west bank and do regular pogroms against Palestinians, backed by the stormtroopers of the occupation regime, millions of refugees would still be denied the right to return. The show genocide and humiliation would continue to the applause of white supremacist regimes of the west and their comprador puppet leaders of the Arab world

Palestinians knows very well who they're dealing with. They know they are up against a satanical racist regime backed by the most evil empire in history. Yet they choose to resist, preferring to die on their feet instead of being slowly killed on their knees. Life in the Gaza ghetto under occupation was unlivable.
