Per my last email, this is on my radar, but I really don't have the bandwidth to deal with it at the moment. I'm just following up with you really quickly, please advise on how'd you'd like to proceed. Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't Tanya in HR take lead on this?

This is Indian English, same as "I have a doubt". It's not something you commonly hear outside India.

When I say "It's on my radar", it means "yes, I am going to do this, but wait your turn".

There is also "As discussed" meaning "We spoke about this already, but I need this as proof"
