My last episode was last summer. I lived in my thongs and was ever grateful for a wrought iron bed head to grab onto to roll over!

L5 S1 gang represent 😎 And yes, not being able to walk independently without the support of furniture and walls etc.
I bought some in pandemic times just to have in the cupboard. I used them up in baking without any noticeable difference, but idk about scrambling them. They don't look like an egg when you reconstitute them.
Thankyou for creating this space for us. It just needs some cat hair!
I'm sure I remember it in the background at the Bronze. Fade into you that is.
That is good news!
Somfink like that.
Okay, I will admit that the last time I was a student was pre Y2K. But I just had to complete a LLN ASCF level 3 and WTF is that shit?
Second hand furniture is only worth what people are willing to pay for it, which isn't much!
This is the only answer!
That is sad. I have had cats all of my 40+ years, the last 20 in my own home. I've never had a cat scratch the furniture, but I have always provided multiple alternatives and now with all the options readily available it is so much easier to provide them. I have 3 at home now and my couch does not have a mark on it and it's 15 years old. The scratchers have copped a beating though!
Yep to the lounger. It can take a few days for it to find the happy spot where it suddenly doesn't come unstuck and send the resident cat on an unplanned descent, but it really is that simple.
Looks pretty good. We have a similar lounger (3 actually!) And they are well used. Look on Amazon for toys, springs are a hit and feather chasers are too. I don't use wipes on our boxes, once a week they get hosed off outside and soaked in homebrand napisan for a bit and dried in the sun. Some cats prefer running water so a fountain might be an option too.
Most places you don't need to book for a glucose test. You will need to take a book though, because you're not allowed to do anything in between tests.
I've adopted through here in the south east, one at a time
Pairs will be better if you can. That way they have a companion and then there are less behavioural issues. A bonded pair or siblings is great fun.
You may need to see your GP to help clear the post viral cough.
I have a vegie fussy child. I will grate cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, carrot etc extra fine and freeze it in snaplock snack bags. I hide a bag in anything I can, like home made burgers and even home made nuggets with cauliflower hidden in them. Spaghetti bol gets 2 bags. A white pasta sauce will get the pale vegies hidden with lots of herbs to hide them. Zuchini slice becomes egg and bacon slice and the green bits I say are herbs. Blended soups work, as does putting some cheese sauce on top of some steamed veg. Alternative textures and shapes, spiralised carrot and zucchini noodles, However it gets in!

My last episode was 12 months ago. I would walk laps around the kitchen island holding on every morning until my voltaren kicked in. I absolutely understand, and hope your recovery is continuing in the right direction.
