Flameshot was great, but for me, no window select (on Win) and no plan to implement is a deal breaker, thoughi understandthe reasons.
Also breaks when moving between docks - has to be restarted, and pinned images go under the screen, if pinned at the bottom (they always shift down).
While I like the UI, it makes it awkward to quickly find the icon needed on small crops, since they keep shifting around.
There's an android version too, for any non-apple tableteers.

I add water to my cats wet food, he doesn't drink otherwise unless on the brink of death, so this should help prevent some issues when he's older.
I find that it occasionally disconnects, and the sound quality is really degraded compared to cable (even from Spotify, nothing hi-rez).
Purely on aesthetics, I find bashtop nicer, but I couldn't get it on my server.

Not sure what part of a free YT+ frontend that doesn't require permissions or an account you don't trust, but the reason is they don't want people to fork it freely and spread a version with malware, like happened to NewPipe.
Slow writes are generally true, I suspect for similar reasons that most usb sticks suck: trade off between price, capacity, longevity, and thermals. I've used a 1TB sd card for years withoutany issues, but now have everything on a NAS instead, so the slot sits unused.
USB-C audio isn't simple. Does the phone have built in DAC with usb pass through (most dont or its poor quality), or do you need usb DAC? Also, not all usb DACs will work on every device.
You can use other people's buids that can help you skip the shop & skill learning.
