Abso-fucking-lutely. It's part of an an explicit and documented policy of Holocaust denial in his part of the world. He tried to hide behind the liberal idea that we can't know, understand, or criticise it because 'we don't know what it's like to be from there' but the reason they're pissed off is that we see right through it.
