I need me some VST plugins to fuck around with but I'm not spending ~$100 per plugin. I can find some shitty torrent trackers on search engines but they tend to not have what I want and/or are filled with malware.

I mostly get them from rutracker, but I've also downloaded them from 4download.net . 4download has a ton of plugins available, but like most direct download sites it has scammy ads and some broken links
4download.net seems to be working fine, thanks. Can't be fucked to make an account on rutracker but might check it out if 4download pisses me off enough.
If you go directly to the subforum page, RUTracker doesn't hit you with the login form, and you can look around without an account:
