He should call it the losers' debate and do an event at the same time promoting his own campaign.

Of course he is. Classic. I don't like him, but it's hard not to appreciate how much contempt he has for the American political process. I hope he keeps dabbing his way to the nomination like he doesn't even realize that there's a contest. It's firmly a good thing to erode the integrity of both the GOP and the concept of presidential primaries entirely.
