Sorry to hear that. Im honestly a bit zen in regards to these kind of things. Im aware shit is fucked and is probably going to get even more fucked before it gets better- but I try to live in the moment and just enjoy my life to the best of my ability while trying to help people less fortunate than me here and there. I cant really do much more than that. (Like yes I could try and start a maoist guerilla movement but Im a lover not a fighter)
