Kawartha has this salted caramel truffle flavour I fucking miss so bad from when I lived in Ontario, or that PC Black label bourbon vanilla is soo good if I actually go to (local Loblaw's variant, not doxxing myself) but usually I go to Sobeys cause it's closer so I get stuck with regular Chapman's or Haagen-Dasz which is fine but it's just not really the same but I don't wanna go all the way to (city redacted) just to get an ice cream because why would i do that. Anyways, what's your guyses's favourite ice cream. Gimme some suggestions available in canuckistan or stuff to try when I visit the US.
I really prefer gelato or frozen custard over ice cream, with the custard at the burger chain Culver's taking the cake. That said, Wisconsin does have a decidedly right-wing custard joint called Kopp's that has some amazing pumpkin ice cream in the fall. There's also a company called Purple Door that makes a whisky ice cream that I will sing praises of.
I've actually been to Kopps as I have family in Milwaukee, is it fash? Is Oscar's the proletarian option?
So Kopps had a flavor of the day Pro-Life cupcake day. No shock they want more teenagers working their stands. I know Oscar's did at least one Photo Op with West Allis police in the past couple years, so admittedly that soured my attitude towards them. But of course, the petit bourgeois gonna do what they do.
