    He's a radlib. His writing on current computer-stuff is still good and useful for getting people to think different political economies are possible, but I'd imagine if you ask him about Ukraine, AES, etc. he's going to give us the same liberalism everyone else does.

    Chokepoint capitalism is just his little re-writing of late stage capitalism, financial capitalism, crony capitalism, etc. because all of these western left-lib writers don't read theory and need to endlessly rediscover and restate ideas as their own.
