But putting ALL of that aside...this freak is saying it's fine to murder 'stupid' people?
The abstract even says, "The result is discussed in the context of living conditions in Gaza."
(and it sure seems to me that one might explore the consanguinity profile of Gaza if one were concerned about the negative effects on the population trapped there, but hey, what do I know?)

Yeah but these freaks think that IQ is genetic. They think they're naturally that way. They think IQ tests are unbiased.
