Second up - A single shot, heavy barreled pistol chambered in like 30-06, packing hand-made tungsten core AP ammo, so I could give people with plates a very cruel surprise up close.
Third - A 14.5mm heavy Anti-material rifle fed from a 5-10rd box, with one of the really slick modern scopes that will find range and calculate a hold-over position automagically.
There's a company called Anzio Ironworks that makes a 3-round bolt action rifle in 14.5×114 and 20×102. They're over $10,000, but they get the job done.
