It's the common refrain from fan or hobby communities. "I just want to enjoy my treats without having politics forced into it." Politics is only views and thoughts outside of the (intensely reactionary) norm. Meanwhile those same posters will happily drag in every tweet and Tumblr post they can find to get mad at, because they're not doing politics
