ISIS claims responsibility for Moscow attack. Just remembering who the boss of ISIS is...

    So it seems pretty clear now that ISIS is a NATO proxy, and is consistent with previous relationships like with the Mujahadeen especially. I also know that Harmid Karzi seemed to suspect that ISIS was doing NATO’s bidding, but is anyone able to elaborate more on it? I would love to know more.
