Not holding my breath on this. The Israeli government will be redoubling its efforts to juice the Settler movement over the next few years and will very likely get a bunch of outside funding from its regional allies (the US, Russia, etc).
Doesn't change the fact they've attracted a ton of trouble from their neighbors, screwed themselves on trade with very high insurance rates on all shipments going through the Red Sea for the foreseeable future, paralyzed normalization efforts, etc etc. It takes more than some billions in aid to keep Israel going after this, even if they pin all of it on Netanyahu.
