An Israeli living in the occupied parts of the West Bank, outside the internationally recognized borders. The West Bank settlements serve as a means of territorial expansion, frequently exist on the best arable land or above fossil water reserves, regularly see violence enacted through the colonizers, and also have seperate courts for Israelis (tried under normal Israeli jurisdiction) and Palestinians (tried under martial law).
