- Diego Lopes, I think I remember seeing this guy doing a lot of slick high-level BJJ stuff but I might be mixing him up with someone else
- Aljamain Sterling: champ defeated in a stunning upset by a living candy-flavored vape pen, moving up a weight class for his first fight since the loss
- Tsarukyan vs. Oliveira: this is gonna be a banger. Oliveira is a scary guy but Tsarukyan is somehow even scarier. See his free fight against Dariush to get a taste of this up & comer's ridiculous power.
- Gaethje vs. Holloway: I'll always watch a Gaethje fight but I'm honestly kinda worried for Max here, I don't want him to get the Tony Ferguson treatment.
- Zhang Weili vs. Yan Xiaonan: Weili is our girl! Don't think I've ever seen Yan fight.
- Alex Pereira: he shows up in some good highlights, like the time he got knocked out by Izzy lol. That might actually be the prettiest knockout I've ever seen.
Undoubtably one of the best cards of all time and finally some movement at the top of the rankings at lightweight.
Hope we get to see Max and Tsarukyan both getting title shots sooner rather than later unless Max wants the Topuria fight first.
The Max finish was unbelievable, an iconic moment of the sport. It couldn't have gone more differently from how I worried about it in the original post! Amazing!
