Explanation 2: The passports were planted by feds, but instead of using Iraqi and Afghani passports, they used Saudi, Emirati, and Egyptian passports because the feds ran out of fake Iraqi and Afghani passports and the fed intern was too lazy to climb 5 flights of stairs to get a new batch of fake Iraqi and Afghani passports at the adjacent building. link
