Also, for.my Canadian homes, unlike America where exercising your right to remain silent ends the interrogation, here you do need to genuinely practice it. They can still legally hold you and question you as long as they want and legally it's up to you to stay silent, and they'll.use that to.their advantage and keep you in questioning for as long as possible.
