It’s true. The world has largely shifted to realpolitik from ideology. The US keeps threatening China and escalating the potential of war and China can’t do anything but bluff and buy time because it depends on the west to build productive forces. Of course, the US depends on China as well, but the difference is that the US allows grifters and idiots to run amok which makes the whole situation even more dangerous.
