Is there policy on intentional beer throwing at people?

Honestly screw it, I don't think the OP is really funny anymore, either. They might come across as silly due to being angry but who doesn't? Plus they're vegan, so, 
Lol, I've been to basement shows where the water heater started leaking with electric cables all over the wet floor, people shooting off fireworks indoors in a crowd, beer being flung everywhere and the gradual flooding was probably what stopped a fire and the crowd holding a spoonful of coke and a vial of poppers up to each nostril of one of the band's singers while he played
Someone should do something about that, we might die.
I'm guessing it's fixed now, it was over a decade ago. No one died.
