If I can pointificate I would say it's equally likely to just be someone who has a personal experience which gave them a reactionary stance on a specific issue, hence meltdown. Always wild to see a ban on a four year account tho.

I didn't invent the idea, but I certainly am glad to use this pic. It tends to piss them off because their irony wasn't automatically congratulated for its detached cleverness, which is what got HexbearGPT banned.
