IDK, if I were Russian I'd be pretty happy about it (though concerned for the likely effects on wildlife migration). Russia just keeps racking up wins (on the foreign policy/relations side anyways, domestic politics is an entirely different matter). If the European "garden" countries could just fence themselves off completely (and stop being a pest outside their borders) the world would be a much better place.
