screaming "personal responsibility!" at victims until your eyes bleed vs. understanding the underlying mechanisms and seeing if those same victims would enjoy burning it all down and starting something new
Okay but have you considered that victims are essential to tge crime, and thus perpetrators too, and we all know perpetrators must be punished? But only the ones that are lesser than me and the kind of people who get punished. Obviously.
