You apparently can still, but you must accompany your dunk posts with a 10 page thesis with citations on why it should be dunked on and illustrate multiple conclusions on the nature of MuskFan1488's reactionary tendencies. One of the dunk tank mods actively hates the low effort posts and I assume was one of the main drivers of getting dunk/dredge shut down. The only conclusion I can draw is they want to slowly kill the site by making it less welcoming and drive down engagement. I try to read the multi paragraph comments sometimes but my ADHD causes my eyes to gloss over.
Why would you mod a community filled with content you hate? Just block it?
