Hi, my name is Bijhan Agha, and I’m a trans autistic comics creator. My husband RaeRae and I have been working tirelessly to bring Legendary X-Knights to life, but the truth is, this isn’t just about creating a comic—it’s about survival for us.

RaeRae and I both live with chronic illnesses. I’m autistic, and we both deal with depression, anxiety, and chronic inflammation. RaeRae also has fibromyalgia, which makes daily life a constant challenge. On top of that, we’re living with food insecurity in South America, where rising inflation has made even basic necessities harder to afford.

Despite everything, we’ve poured all our energy and love into this comic. Legendary X-Knights is a story about finding strength in community and overcoming impossible odds, which feels very real to us right now. It’s a story about three strangers—Lilly, Rocky, and DeShaun—coming together to fight for something bigger than themselves. It’s full of heart, joy, and the kind of hope we need more of in the world.
