I don't know genres but I'm thinking Marina is one that fits this perfectly, I second chvrches, poppy, grimes, charli xcx, yelle. Then I watch your examples and I love that sohodolls song and marina song, guess you already know all I know and I need the same suggestions. Maybe deceptagon by Le tigre?
