    I think this is enough to make one's own judgement of Dugin's (Putin's) ideas.

      The part that always kicks me in the nuts is it was written in 1997

      Everyone knew Putin's plan and it's still halfway completed.

        I don't think many people realized that Putin started following the plan after the Munich speech.
