Those consumers with their poor choices :shakes-fist:

But also two questions for usa-comrades: if you drive normal-sized car, are you like small mouse in the sea of tall grass (suvs)? And is there anything stopping height arms-race, to get the tallest car possible?

Somewhat depends on the area, but I'd say most places are probably anywhere from 30-60% trucks and oversized SUVs. Just waiting for a truck weighing 4x what my small sedan does that's never had more than groceries in its bed to absolutely murder me in an accident. :tofu-cool:

Lol. I'm mostly just salty because my primary transport is by bicycle and I know one of these trucks is going to kill me some day. But no, there is literally nothing stopping the arms race except height clearance on bridges and overpasses.

I stopped riding my bike for a few years after I moved because my new place was so much more hostile to bikes. I moved to a slightly better place for bikes and man I missed it so much.

It depends on where you live. I’m in a rural area so enormous trucks are everywhere. But as we all know, the smaller the car, the bigger the dick. Those who use bikes / their own feet / wheelchairs / public transportation have the biggest dicks of all.
