I can understand calling it "yellow" but calling it brown just makes it look like you got macular degeneration
Because it does turn brown. Shades of tan to orange-ish can be called brown. Calling it yellow sometimes feels weird since it might be lighter than yellow. Calling it white is weird because it isn't white. Usually you'd just call it dry or dead grass or something I dunno I guess it isn't really dead.
