Happened to me a few times now, when I type for example :sicko- then press down arrow a few times until I find something, then tap tab to autocomplete the message, it shows the emoji correctly in my text box, but when the DM sends it appears as ":sicko-:" instead of :sicko-wholesome: I'm not sure but I think this same bug was happening in regular comments too a while back and it was fixed.
