this is my third time posting about this situation.

you can see the first couple posts here (1) and also here (2).

the update: there are official charges and court dates and all that now. give it up for a cop bullying a thirteen year old gay child with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Mischief for messing with a Blue Lives Matter flag. The cop is still being a gross person (continually harassing my sister and the child with phone calls and visits to both parents), but my sister has contacted a lawyer who says this is bullshit and that with that department, it is unsurprising the cops are acting so aggressively toward my niece.

She will probably get a much lower charge, but there are still legal fees and fines that they will have to pay, which is hard for them right now.

I'm hoping to really use this as an example of mutual aid and as a learning experience for her. I am going down to visit in a couple weeks and will have some nice chats with them (more my niece).

anything people can do to help out would be greatly appreciated. I also would love any good resources for young teens to help them learn about OpSec and general commie/anarchist themes in ways that isn't just them read theory (I say this as a theory head who loves giving books to people, but know it won't work with her so easily at this point).
