Honeysuckle is killing forests and ivy is helping, especially in the northeast/midwest. Kill all that shit, help stop it from spreading. And try to volunteer for local groups that are clearing invasive species. It's pretty amazing seeing a forest before and after invasive species have been removed.

    cut the honeysuckle as close to the ground as you can, apply roundup(maybe with a brush or something to not get it everywhere), and let the stuff at the top die. Roundup kills honeysuckle so well. i used to be against herbicides but now im just against them for cosmetic use(like people using them for grass between sidewalk cracks)
