This would be really cool. I was fascinated by the fact that so many different regional channels were active on the discord, and these discussions are something I would like to see carried over.
It is really nice to have a channel for, in my case, european topics, as the subreddit was really america focussed. And the europe channel is the best place to discuss european topics i've had the pleasure to visit so far, so i'd be great to have it as a community.
This is a good idea. Although it would further the American hegemony, state/city communities would be good for organizing, local news, electoralism, etc.
I understood what you meant, there should absolutely be communities for places outside the US. I was just expanding on your good idea to also include regional communities within the US because they would be useful.

Give us regional communities please, the american cultural hegemony is strong around here.
Additionally atleast global south/developing world, the West is also p strong here

I meant "regional" as "other regions of the world", sorry for misunderstandings, im not an english mothertongue
