Tesla makes its money by printing carbon-tax credits and selling them to traditional auto-manufacturers. Or at least it did. Now it's stripping copper from its factories just to inflate profits.

As for the industry, an electric car does as much damage as a plugin hybrid. Tesla making expensive electric car isn't something to be proud of. Big manufacturers will eclipse Tesla soon. As for Tesla's poor built quality, only a blind man would say that they are well built for their price.
The post you're replying to is literally just stating a bunch of facts, don't know what you're getting angry about. Build quality on Tesla vehicles is indeed shit, they do catch on fire quite a lot, their use of software is laughable at best, dangerous at worst and that's regardless of whether the CEO of the company is a dickhead.
