I don't know anything about wresting and only know Punk from his attempt at MMA.

He was honestly one of the most unathletic people I have seen try mma at any level. Obviously age and past injuries played a part. But you could just tell he was the farthest thing from a natural athlete. lol

He seemed like a real cool guy that really dedicated himself to giving mma a shot. So I always kinda felt bad for him getting dunked on my mma fans so hard. That said it was absurd they had him in the UFC for his first fight.
