I use the Privacy Redirect extension on the desktop version of firefox, but it doesn't seem like anything comparable on the mobile version of firefox.

    Mobile firefox has the ability to install all the extensions as desktop firefox but I don't think it's unlocked on the play store version (probably because not all of them work correctly) but privacy redirect should work fine. I heard Fenix on F-droid is basically regular firefox but with a lot more extensions.

      Fennec (Fenix is the codename of the current Firefox release). It is Firefox minus the branding, telemetry, and a handful of proprietary components. Theoretically (and anecdotally) compatible with all desktop Firefox extensions.
