For context: "Hamites" are the descendants of "Ham", one of Noah's sons. I'm not 100% sure about the details but the rough idea is that the three sons of Noah populated the three continents Europe (Japheth), Asia or rather Middle East (Sem, hence Semite) and (north) Africa (Ham). Furthermore, these Hamites are superior to the indigenous black Africans so everything good is made by them in all of Africa. That ties it back to Caucasian race or the Judeo Christian tradition.
This is a long outdated theory that always was racist. I only repeat it to give context and explain the quotes. I hope that's clear.
