    Not a fan of this, reminds a lot of slurs like "He jewed me out of $50" kind of anti-semitism.

    I'm worried that anti-semites will use anti-Israel statements as a dogwhistle for white supremacy.

      I think separating Jewish identity from Israel is important. This is the whole game zionists play where they conflate the two making it impossible to criticize Israel.

        That's true, and white supremacists love to conflate them too, which was my problem here. I guess my vibe check would be if I would see people using "Israel" or "Israeli" as a substitute for "Jewish" when using a phrase like this. If the underlying implication of a phrase is (they are doing it because they are Jewish "Israeli") Then I don't think it's useful. We don't need to spread hate, we can just call out Israel on their atrocities.

        I meant that we shouldn't use ambiguous statements that white supremacists like to hide behind. We should say things as they are, not just using petty insults.
