He basically wanted the city/town to pay for all his shit after he was offered the same ultimatum anybody else would have gotten re: the sewage. Just watch the donoteat, he isn't a prole, he wasn't pushed to the edge (he had the opportunity to sell the land for many times what he paid, to just build a septic tank, etc.), he was just another petulant shitbag american who had a temper tantrum.
