    Counterpoint: :cheeto-man:

But you're totally right. My dear mom is the biggest lib I know. She was almost crying when Thatcher got outsted on the last episode of the Crown. I had to set her straight on what a ghoul the lady was and remind her of the people living in slums, who have no money and can't get work and ask who's crying for them. She was like, oh yeah, I guess you're right. But of course she HATES Trump - kinda like how she USED TO hate Bush (W), but now he's endearing, and at least he's "not Trump."

They don't actually hate him though. I mean, fuck that guy, but as far as hatred goes, Trump is there but like the same level as any rich weird fuck. Don't really see him that seperate from the crowd. Bush Jr. on the other hand, the sheer and complete malice I feel for that wretched butcher is palpable, I am worked up typing this and even thinking of that bloodthirsty badger and his cadre of rabid junkyard hounds. It's deep and its strong and fully fucking justified and I think anyone with a moral compass at all should feel the same white hot and actual passionate hatred for him and his kind is seen as the same as wanting to round up an ethnic group and put them on cattle trains. This false equivalency let's people who deal in human death like a simple bank withdrawal get away with everything while those who show any sort of will to oppose it that are willing to actually express it in a relatable and passionate way as equal to fucking brownshirts.
