A day doesn't go by where I don't get crossfaded. Smoke weed on way to work.. smoke weed in car on break...smoke weed and take a shot when I get home..etc.. Is there a level where this is acceptable or am I fooling myself. I'm beginning to suspect I have a problem. This is not a troll post. Anyone else self medicate too much or worry that you do. Idk. It almost feels like it's just put of habit now because my weed tolerance is so high. There is comfort in the ritual. I should probably see a therapist. Does anyone here use the online/ app based virtual counseling services or whatever? Better Help or or one of those other ones
