This is so obviously wrong, that without context I will continue believing this is a joke. No particular love for Matt Bruenig, but I do think he has some understanding of reality.
Also his favourite thing is to take an obviously wrong statement but put it in q context where it's somewhat right to get people mad at him. It feels like this is what he's doing here so I'm curious how he sets it up. Like a lot of his posts are essentially wonk Don Hughes, like him or hate him you gotta appreciate the craft.
