    The main uses for oats in my house are:

    • to mix in with bread (I'm sure I could use non-instant oats for this)
    • to make oat milk
    • to add to yogurth

      Look into overnight oats, if you’re not vegan, doing a dairy preparation is by far one of the cheapest and easiest breakfast options that actually have decent nutrition.

      There are vegan options, but I was not vegan the point where I was an oats enjoyer. So I’ve simply not tested the vegan options.
