A 6 month contract seems risky if they don’t sign you on for more time or extend it even if the pay is great and also as you’ve said it doesn’t offer you any growth as well.
Oh absolutely but it's just under a years salary after tax, but in 6 months. Hard to resist. But definitely would rather the stability with a normal role.
Interview went ok. They did catch me off guard with a couple of questions. But fingers crossed for a positive result!
I got another call from a recruiter for a government contract job that pays literally double what I was making before. So that's a good backup.

Hopefully tomorrow at the latest. It would greatly grow my skillset and career in general.
Government job is actually easier, but contract is only 6 months. Wouldn't be learning anything new, but pay is remarkable.
So pros and cons to each.
