Tonight for me will be noodles with sausages and some veggies.
On a slim budget so it’s cheap meals for me
Rice and mexican black beans from scratch with a bit of chopped red cabbage on the side. Have successfully made a bunch of basics this weekend (rice, various beans, a few sauces and cut up slaw ingredients) which will hopefully get me through the week.
The laziest spag bol.. well, second laziest considering I'm not ordering delivery. Also not spag.. it's linguine but I got one of those pre-made Latina Fresh bolognese tubs.
Ok just for you my friend but consider a small bottle of cream, a handful of ham, a bit of cheese and pepper and salt. You've now got yourself something that tastes way better.
Saving it for the future making.
How much would it make using that and what sort of cheese?
Not cooking cream?
Just 300ml of thickened cream and a hand full of grated tasty cheese. This is the budget version. When you're ready to make it I'll tell you what to do.
The version I make has cream, bacon, spring onion, garlic, parmesan cheese and pepper. This is the bogan version.
The real version has fancy bacon, fancy cheese, eggs and pepper.
It’s not too cheesy or creamy is it? I’d probably use some diced bacon to add some saltiness to it.
The bogan version doesn’t sound so bad to me!
Not to cheesy or creamy. You make it how you want. You could use bacon, ham, spam, salami, chorizo.
Bit of home-made bread.

Ham, cheeses, tomato, spinach, chives omelette with toast and qukes. It looked like a dog's breakfast but was really good.
