The US health ministry lists there being a little over 1 million registered doctors in the US, and the Cuban ministry lists 94,000 current doctors. What? That is a bizarre claim.

turtle island = north america
northern half of turtle island = canada
number of canadian doctors (96k) approximately equal to number of cuban doctors (94k)
My mistake, I for some reason thought Turtle island was both North and South America.
