    Yes, all the states could be united in Indigenous federation, North Africa and Middle East are united into Arab Union. Should DR and Haiti unite or expand borders?

      I would think unite. My hospital historical (lolwtf?) knowledge is a bit fuzzy, but I think it would be in keeping with rectifying historical injustices.
