That's how I do it in the oven yeah, dill, lemon and butter usually. In the air fryer I can't actually remember, but I think I make a foil tray rather than wrap it up fully.

It's kinda supposed to fall apart when it's done so yeah it might be tricky to get it out on a plate or cutting board
